You can play the game of Checkers anytime, anywhere, all  you need is a printer. Checkers, also called draughts, board game, is one of the oldest board games in the world. Checkers is played by two people who oppose each other across a board of 64 black and white squares, the same as a chessboard.

Short description of how the game is played:

The 24 playing pieces are disk-shaped and of contrasting colors, usually, black and white. At the start of the game, each player has 12 pieces arranged on the board. The actual playing is done on the black squares. The black pieces always occupy squares 1 to 12, and the white pieces invariably rest on squares 21 to 32. The game is played by advancing a piece diagonally forward to an adjoining vacant square. Black moves first. If an opponent’s piece is in such an adjoining vacant square, with a vacant space beyond, It must be captured and removed by jumping over it to the empty square.
